As the final phase approaches at Christopher Homes' Palisades neighborhood, there is still a variety of home sites remaining for sale, according to sales agent Shasta Raintree.

The home sites range from one-quarter acre to half an acre and offer views of the mountains, city or golf course.

"We are currently offering buyers the convenience of either choosing from a selection of gorgeous homes that can be ready for occupancy within approximately 30 days, or selecting their own home site and creating their own customized residential design," Raintree said.

The guard-gated enclave is being built along the TPC at The Canyons golf course in Summerlin's The Canyons village. Five one- and two-story floor plans range from 3,758 to 6,200 square feet. Floor-plan variations and design features are available.

Buyers can add such features as elevators, courtyard fireplaces, casitas, major room additions, four-car garages, libraries, wine cellars and wet bars.

Prices start from $446,900. The builder is offering bonuses of as much as $45,000 on homes nearing completion.

Experts at the design center can assist with standard selections, upgrades and options.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive. Go left on Town Center Drive to Hualapai Way, following the signs. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
