Sun City Anthem offers `field homes'
Del Webb Corp.'s Sun City Anthem in Henderson has several homes available for move-ins, ranging from immediate to eight months. These field model homes, which the company builds to meet customer needs, allows home buyers to time their move to fit their schedules. "By building these popular model homes, we anticipate customer need and are able to deliver the homes they want in the time frame they desire," Jim Bond, senior sales manager, said. "It really helps those home buyers who don't want to wait for their home to be built, but want to buy a new home at Sun City Anthem." There are 15 models available, ranging from 1,080 to 3,009 square feet and larger through the developer's Gold Key program. Prices range from the $120,000s to more than $500,000. Many amenities are available to residents of the age-qualified community, includ- ing The Revere golf course and the 75,000-square-foot Anthem Center, which offers members fitness, social, club and dining opportunities. The center also houses Trumpets Restaurant, which is open to the public. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily with brunch on Sunday. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, to the entrance of the community. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
