The demand for Anthem Country Club's homes and custom lots has been strong, according to Del Webb Corp. In response, the developer has added five new floor plans at the gated golf course community in Henderson. The new plans -- Arietta, Alto, Madrigal, Crescendo and Soprano -- allow for a greater number of bedrooms and baths. They are available in the community's four series of homes, which offer a combined 20 floor plans. Arietta measures 1,976 square feet and is priced from $247,000. It is part of the Impressionist Collection, where floor plans range from 1,275 to 2,177 square feet and are priced from $190,400 to $265,300. There are four bedrooms and a den in the two-story Alto plan, which measures 3,229 square feet and is priced from $387,500. This plan is featured in the Baroque Collection, which offers homes from 1,922 to 4,015 square feet and prices from $260,200 to $479,700. The Madrigal, which is part of the Renaissance Collection, can be built as either a single- or two-story home. The single-story design measures 4,511 square feet and the two-story version offers 5,800 square feet. The home is priced from $577,400. Renaissance Collection homes measure from 3,104 to 5,800 square feet and are priced from $449,600 to $692,400. Crescendo, a single-story design, is available in the Romantic Collection. This home measures 3,593 square feet and is priced at $431,200. This collection also features the new Soprano plan, a two-story home measuring 3,785 square feet and priced from $454,200. Homes in the Romantic Collection range from 2,725 to 5,095 square feet and are priced from $352,900 to $551,900. Custom-home sites range from one-half acre to more than 1 1/2 acres and are priced from $875,000 to $1.2 million. Anthem Country Club is part of the 5,000-acre Anthem master plan. Amenities include an athletic club, a full-service salon, clubhouse, tennis facility and a golf course. Equity and executive golf memberships are available.
