Altare at Eagle Rock by Warmington Homes not only provides golf course living and view home sites in the Summerlin master-planned community, it also has homes ready for immediate closing.

Altare aligns the TPC at The Canyons golf course, and has a limited number of lots available with combined views of the mountains, city and golf course.

Buyers can choose from three floor plans, ranging from 2,904 to 4,072 square feet with four to seven bedrooms and four baths. Some designs can be expanded by as much as 600 or 700 square feet. Homes are priced from the mid-$300,000s.

The floor plans can be modified to include additional bedrooms, baths, dens, libraries, lofts and owner suite retreats. Casitas, decks and covered patios are also available.

Interiors feature ceramic-tile flooring in the entry, kitchen and laundry room. Ceilings are vaulted, volume or coffered and are nine- or 10-feet high. Also featured are French doors in select locations and curved staircases with light oak handrails and painted spindles.

The kitchens provide granite counter tops, while the laundry rooms are equipped with sinks and cabinets.

Exteriors offer courtyards, arched windows, shutters, balconies, pot shelves, and stone and slate accents. Standard, split and tandem garage designs are available.

To tour the models, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive and turn left. At Canyon Run Drive, turn left and follow the signs.
