A customer satisfaction survey conducted by J.D. Power and Associates shows Del Webb Corp. ranks second in the Las Vegas area. The ranking is based on the developer's Sun City Anthem, Sun City MacDonald Ranch and Anthem Country Club.

The company tied for second place with one of its own divisions, Coventry Homes.

Del Webb executive Frank Pankratz said the company's employees still have much work to do.

"Our goal is to exceed our residents' expectations, not just meet them," he said. "We'll be looking for more ways to improve our customer satisfaction so we can reach and maintain the top ranking."

Sun City Anthem is an age-qualified community located within the 5,000-acre Anthem master-planned community. Anthem Country Club, also located at Anthem, is open to people of all ages. Sun City MacDonald Ranch is an age-qualified community that is nearly built out.
