New builders boost product offering at Rhodes RanchA waterfall, tropical palms, guard-gated entrance and golf course form the setting for the Rhodes Ranch community, which has recently added four new builders: Astoria Homes, Desert Oak Homes, John Laing Homes and Spinnaker Homes. The product these companies add will increase the number of floor plans available at the southwestern valley community to 38. "We are pleased to welcome these new builders to our family of communities at Rhodes Ranch," Renee Schwan, director of marketing for Rhodes Homes, said. "Rhodes Ranch is an absolutely beautiful master-planned community, and these additional builders will strengthen the entire master plan and enhance the range of offerings to home buyers. We at Rhodes Homes are also excited to announce our plans for two new product lines at Rhodes Ranch, which are scheduled to be unveiled early this fall."
