Agent: Sales brisk at Bellacere
Home-site sales and the construction of homes through Christopher Homes' custom-home division are proceeding at a rapid pace at the builder's Bellacere neighborhood in Summerlin, according to sales agent Patty Jones. The guard-gated enclave, constructed along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course, is designed for homes valued from about $650,000 to more than $4 million on home sites measuring about one-half acre. The neighborhood is highlighted by entry monuments; a park with a tennis court and playground; landscaped open space; and views of the city, course and mountains. "Bellacere is unique, as it presents custom clients with a complete package including a prestigious location, spacious home sites (including many golf course sites) and the assurance that their dream home will be built with the finest features and craftsmanship in the industry," Jones said. "Christopher Homes has more than 20 years of experience in designing and building ... custom homes. That experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence ensures that each client's vision for their dream home becomes reality, without the stress and hassles so often associated with building a home. Our focus is on making the entire process enjoyable, simplified and convenient for our clients." During the design phase, clients may incorporate aspects of the builder's existing floor plans and such amenities as theaters, elevators, casitas, wine cellars and courtyard fireplaces in their homes. The builder's in-house design center can assist buyers in selecting electrical and plumbing features, flooring, counter tops, cabinetry, window and wall coverings, and other accessories. Prospective clients may tour a 10,000-square-foot custom model valued at $4.5 million at the neighborhood. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, head south to Alta Drive, then go east. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
