Seven Hills offers range of custom lots
People looking for the perfect place to build a custom home are discovering the Seven Hills community in Henderson, according to sales executive Bob Anderson. "Our home sites are large and they offer a variety of appealing settings. Buyers can find everything from wonderful golf course and fairway canyon views, to spectacular city light and mountain vistas," Anderson said. "Also, ... the homes are set back in a quiet, natural desert setting that is far removed from any of the major noise or traffic." The community, developed by Silver Canyon Partnership, offers home sites as large as an acre and priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Several lots offer views of an adjacent golf course, the city and mountains. Each custom neighborhood provides guard-gated privacy, and gated home sites are available. Also featured are a private view park, and a 2-acre park with lighted tennis and basketball courts and a playground. More than one-third of Seven Hills' 1,300 acres is devoted to open space. In addition to walking trails, there are four city parks with lighted tennis and basketball courts, ball fields and playgrounds. To visit the community's sales and information pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
