Anthem Country Club to release golf course lots
Del Webb Corp.'s Anthem Country Club announced it will open its Inverness neighborhood Saturday. "These 13 custom-home sites vary in size and location, allowing for several price ranges and possibilities," sales and marketing executive Steve O'Connor said. Situated within the guard-gated country club, the neighborhood will be separately gated as well. The lots measure from 14,988 to 22,863 square feet, with a buildable size as large as 11,691 square feet. Lot prices range from $175,000 to $275,000. The enclave will have home sites that overlook open areas as well as tee boxes for hole No. 4 of the golf course. The championship course is built into the surrounding rugged terrain. With as many as five tee boxes, the 7,300-yard facility is designed for all levels of play. Equity and executive golf memberships are available. Social memberships are included with the purchase of these home sites, allowing buyers unrestricted access to dining and athletic facilities. Myriad social events are planned at the country club for all ages and interests. Other amenities in the community include an athletic club and salon with exercise equipment, a full-service salon and spa, tennis courts, a resort-style pool, sand volleyball court, child care, aerobics classes, and personal trainers. Twenty floor plans are available, ranging from 1,275 to 5,800 square feet and priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. To visit, take Interstate 215 east to Eastern Avenue and proceed south, about three miles past St. Rose Parkway. The sales center and model homes are open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
