Del Webb names vice president of planning, development
-- The Del Webb Group of Pulte Homes has appointed Tom Hennessy vice president of planning and development for the company's Nevada operations. Hennessy was vice president of community planning for Del Webb Communities in Phoenix, and was also manager of land development at Del Webb's corporate office. -- Terra West Property Management announced that president and co-owner Deborah Jones has joined the board of directors of Nevada Public Radio Corp. -- Dahan Marketing has relocated to 3326 Chesterbrook Court in Las Vegas. -- Restrepo Consulting Group has been selected by CH2MHILL to analyze visitation to each of the three units within the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Desert National Wildlife Complex that are open to the public, including the Desert National Wildlife Range, the Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, and the Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge, for the years 2005, 2010 and 2020. The analysis will assist CH2MHILL in developing short- and long-term recommendations for transportation in and around the complex for the Federal Highway Administration. -- CB Richard Ellis' Donna Alderson represented Jackson/Shaw Northport in its five-year lease of 9,689 square feet at 3945 W.
