Del Webb names vice president of planning, development

-- The Del Webb Group of Pulte Homes has appointed Tom Hennessy vice president of planning and development for the company's Nevada operations. Hennessy was vice president of community planning for Del Webb Communities in Phoenix, and was also manager of land development at Del Webb's corporate office.

-- Terra West Property Management announced that president and co-owner Deborah Jones has joined the board of directors of Nevada Public Radio Corp.

-- Dahan Marketing has relocated to 3326 Chesterbrook Court in Las Vegas.

-- Restrepo Consulting Group has been selected by CH2MHILL to analyze visitation to each of the three units within the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Desert National Wildlife Complex that are open to the public, including the Desert National Wildlife Range, the Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, and the Pahranagat National Wildlife Refuge, for the years 2005, 2010 and 2020. The analysis will assist CH2MHILL in developing short- and long-term recommendations for transportation in and around the complex for the Federal Highway Administration.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Donna Alderson represented Jackson/Shaw Northport in its five-year lease of 9,689 square feet at 3945 W. Cheyenne Ave. to Future Fun Unlimited for $560,000. In another transaction, Darren Lemmon represented IRP Legacy Convention Center Associates in their three-year lease of 1,431 square feet at 101 Convention Center Drive to Best Read Guides of Nevada for $87,500. Lemmon also represented Carson Street Investments in its five-year lease of 645 square feet at 302 E. Carson Ave. to Jonathan MacArthur for $70,900.

-- Lee and Associates' David Flynn and Chuck Witters represented Horizon Ridge Professional Center in its five-year lease of 2,500 square feet at 2298 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway to Wesran dba Realty World Anthem Hills for $255,000. Witters again represented Horizon Ridge Professional Center in its five-year lease of 1,250 square feet at 2298 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway to Edward Jones for $131,400. Mel Koich and Scott Owens represented both parties in Las Vegas Industrial Park's three-year lease of 55,820 square feet at 6835 Speedway Blvd. to Designer Distribution Services for $624,200.

DeLew, Pinter and Pancirov represented Rocklin in its 61-month lease of 2,000 square feet at 5390 Decatur Blvd., Suite 3, to Travis W. Allen dba Black Forest for $188,413. Pinter, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented Gary Day Family Trust/David M. Rice and Karen W. Rice Family Trust in its purchase of 5 acres at the northeast corner of Tee Pee Lane and Reno Avenue from Gragson Tee Pee for $990,000.
