Bella Vista, Echo Ridge to open soon in Summerlin

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Pulte Homes is preparing to open two all-single-story home neighborhoods in Summerlin before the end of September. Bella Vista is located within the master-planned community's The Vistas village, and Echo Ridge is situated within The Ridges village.

Bella Vista is slated to open Sept. 23 with homes priced from the high $100,000s.

"Bella Vista represents one of Pulte's most affordable all single-story communities in Summerlin with floor plans that are both open and bright ...," sales manager Jeff Galindo said recently. "Another great aspect of Bella Vista is the convenient location near the western beltway."

Buyers can choose from four floor plans.

The first plan measures 1,418 square feet and offers three bedrooms, a den option and two baths. The 1,653-square-foot plan features three bedrooms with a den option, two baths and a great room. Not modeled is the 1,695-square-foot plan, which offers four bedrooms with an optional den, two baths, a sitting area off the owner suite and an optional extended secondary bedroom. The largest home measures 1,881 square feet and offers three bedrooms with a den option, two baths, a great room, and storage area off the garage.

Planned amenities within The Vistas village include three parks, a worship site, retail center and trails.

To visit Bella Vista, take Summerlin Parkway to Interstate 215, head south to Far Hills Avenue and turn right. Turn left at Carriage Hills Drive, proceed to Park Vista Drive and turn left.

Echo Ridge is scheduled to open Sept. 30 in the Ridgebrook development within The Ridges village.

Of the five floor plans available, three are new designs. The homes range from 1,657 to 2,486 square feet and are priced from the low $200,000s.

Standard features include designer lighting fixtures, cabinets with concealed hinges, cultured-marble vanities, built-in ovens and gas cook tops, microwaves, patio covers and soft-water loops.

"The floor plans feature distinctive architectural designs by incorporating rounded nooks, interior courtyards and rotunda entries," said Todd Hahn, general sales manager for Echo Ridge. "The upgraded features in these homes coupled with the larger master suites, open floor plans and expansive kitchen designs will offer exceptional livability ..."

To visit Echo Ridge, take Desert Inn Road west, past Interstate 215, to Ridge Hollow Drive and turn left.

Using Environments for Living technology, the builder guarantees lower heating and cooling costs in its homes. Also featured is a structured wiring system with integrated high-speed voice, data and video network. The system employs high-speed cable for phone and data communications, coaxial cable for TV and video, and data and video ports in select rooms.

Both sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
