Custom-home sites available in Seven Hills

Seven Hills is attracting custom-home site buyers with its location in Henderson, scenic views and suburban atmosphere, as well as the range of available sites and prices, according to developer Silver Canyon Partnership.

The community offers home sites measuring as large as an acre offering views of the city, mountains and adjacent golf course.

Custom-home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. More than 200 sites have been sold and more than 120 custom homes are now completed, under construction or in the architectural review process.

A variety of amenities are offered to community residents, including landscaped open space areas, private 2-acre park and playground.

In addition, the community features four city parks offering basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball courts, baseball fields, and playgrounds.

To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue, and go south.

The sales pavilion and information center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
