Seniors' complex to be built in Henderson

The Nevada Housing Division announced the closing of a $14.8 million bond issue for the financing of St. Rose Seniors Apartments, a 244-unit, garden-style development to be built at St. Rose Parkway and Seven Hills Drive in Henderson.

The seven-building complex will house low- to moderate-income families and individuals age 55 and older. All units will be reserved for households with incomes equal to or less than 60 percent of the median income in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.

One-bedroom units will rent from $317 to $636 per month. Two-bedroom units will rent from $381 to $763 per month.

The developers are St. Rose Seniors LLC and Luther Partners LLC. Manage Inc. will be property manager.

Nevada Housing Division Bonds, Nevada Low Income Housing Tax Credits and the city of Henderson are financing the project. Fannie Mae is the guarantor on the bonds.
