Loyal Pardee buyers choose Aliante
When Willette and Wilson Crespo were ready to purchase a larger home, they were pleased to learn that Pardee Homes was building a subdivision in the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas. "Our previous home was built by Pardee and we were very pleased with both our home and the excellent customer service we received from the company. When we began looking for a new home, we visited Seasons at Aliante and were among the first to reserve a new home. In fact, we purchased our home based solely on what we saw in the plans. We are Pardee buyers," Willette Crespo said. They visited a number of new neighborhoods across the valley to be sure they were making the right decision. "Ultimately, we chose Aliante for a number of important reasons. First, we felt that the value was unsurpassed, in terms of how much home you get for the price. Equally significant was the beautiful design of the Aliante community. This is going to be a wonderful place to live, where everything homeowners appreciate having close to home is included in the master plan. Our 4-year-old son is thrilled with Nature Discovery Park and Wilson and I also intend to make good use of all the recreational facilities," she said. Aliante is a development of North Valley Enterprises, an affiliate of American Nevada Co. and Del Webb Corp. About 7,500 homes will be built in its primary and age-qualified villages. Builders in the primary village are D.R. Horton, KB Home, Pardee Homes and Pulte Homes. The available single- and two-story homes range from 1,141 to 3,990 square feet. Prices start from the $130,000s to the $370,000s. Del Webb is developing the age-qualified Sun City Aliante, which will feature homes measuring from 1,155 to 2,105 square feet. They are priced from the $170,000s to the $250,000s. Nearly one-quarter of the community is designated for recreational and public purposes including an 18-hole municipal golf course, three city parks, more than 20 miles of trails and linear parks, and an arroyo. In addition, plans call for two elementary schools, a middle school, a fire station and 100 acres of commercial development. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Centennial Parkway, exit east to Sky Pointe Drive and turn right. Turn right at Frontage Road, then left onto Interstate 215. Exit at Aliante Parkway and go south to the primary village or north to Del Webb's Sun City. An information gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
