Rhodes Homes encourages residents to vote
Rhodes Homes' employees urged homeowners at its Southern Nevada subdivisions to demonstrate their pride in America by participating in the recent primary election. "We wanted our homeowners to go to the polls and exercise their right to choose our valley's next governmental leaders," marketing manager Tawnya Rosenthal said. "Recent events have really demonstrated the need for our homeowners to participate in the democratic process. We need to stand up and preserve the valuable rights we have as Americans." Employees went door to door to encourage residents to vote. "I think we made a difference by reminding people to vote. We may do this again in November," Rosenthal said. The builder has several active subdivisions with homes priced from the mid-$80,000s to more than $1 million. In the northwestern valley, the builder's The Preserve neighborhood offers ranch-style homes priced from the high $200,000s. In the southwestern valley, Spanish Hills features custom homes priced as high as $1 million and more, and The Villas offers two-story single-family homes priced from the mid-$100,000s. The Links, The Lakes, Vistana and The Falls are under construction at the Rhodes Ranch community. In Henderson, the builder offers the Platinum and Gold collections at Palm Hills, a neighborhood with homes priced from the high $100,000s.
