Sites remain at Christopher's Bellacere

Only a few home sites remain during the final phase at Christopher Homes' Bellacere custom-home neighborhood in Summerlin.

"We still have a selection of outstanding home sites, including some of the most dramatic in the entire Bellacere neighborhood," said Mark Stuhmer, vice president of the builder's custom-home division. "Right now, our custom-home clients can select from a variety of prime golf course home sites with spectacular fairway or double-fairway views, as well as views of the Las Vegas skyline and the surrounding mountains."

Stuhmer said that neighborhood offers the final opportunity to build a custom home along the TPC at The Canyons golf course.

"Christopher Homes has the expertise and in-house resources required to take a client's dreams and transform them into their own custom masterpiece," he said. "Our team of design and construction experts are here to guide each client through every phase of the process. The focus is on simplifying the design/build process for our clients and eliminating the unnecessary stress that is so often associated with the custom-home building process."

Homes can feature basements, elevators, casitas, wine cellars, fireside courtyards, and high-tech electrical and communications capabilities.

Buyers may use the builder's library of floor plans to design their homes or have the company build a custom home based on plans prepared by their architects.

"If a custom-home client already owns a home site, we can build their home on the site for as little as $115 per square foot, if they utilize one of our existing plans," Stuhmer said.

Located in The Canyons village, the guard-gated neighborhood features homes valued from about $750,000 to more than $4 million on lots ranging from about one-third acre to more than half an acre.

Upon buildout, it will feature 56 custom homes and amenities such as a guardhouse entry, landscaped open space, walking paths, a linear park, and a park with a playground and tennis court.

To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, head south to Alta Drive then go east. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Monday, and by appointment on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The builder also offers custom homes at The Enclave at Southern Highlands Golf Club in the southwestern valley.
