Pulte prepares for Anthem Highlands' debut
Pulte Homes will debut its 18 models at Anthem Highlands this month in Henderson. "The response we've received for Anthem Highlands has been fantastic," sales manager Brinton Cook said. "We've already sold more than 130 homes in presales. We expect this exciting trend to continue as we near our grand opening, but we anticipate those numbers to dramatically increase when the models and the community officially open later this month." Presales began in March, and more than 80 homes were sold the first day of sales, according to Cook. Located in the Anthem master-planned community, the Scottish Highlands-themed community will feature five collections of single- and two-story homes. The Dunbar Collection features two-story designs that measure from 1,629 to 1,923 square feet. Homes are priced from $245,990 to $265,990. Featuring single-story floor plans, the Buchanan Collection offers four designs measuring from 1,580 to 1,900 square feet and priced from $271,990 to $294,990. Single- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,900 to 2,804 square feet highlight the Sinclair Collection. Prices start from $299,990 to $350,990. Priced from $366,990 to $402,990, the Lochwood Collection features four single-story floor plans ranging from 1,976 to 2,655 square feet. Single- and two-story plans priced from $475,990 to $534,990 and measuring from 2,843 to 3,483 square feet are featured in the Stonehaven Collection. Homes in this collection offer chef Gustav Mauler's Seal of Approval stainless-steel kitchen appliance package. All designs offer the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living technology. They have been recognized by the Environmental Protection Agency as Energy Star homes for being at least 30 percent more energy efficient than federal standards require and offer a three-year heating and cooling guarantee. In an effort to help conserve water, the builder is installing about 60,000 square feet of synthetic turf at the model home park. The turf is an option for home buyers. The 400-acre community will consist of about 1,500 homes. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon. Pulte offers more than 15 subdivisions in the valley, including Silverstone Ranch and Wyeth Ranch in the northwestern valley; Serenata and Vialetto in the Aliante master-planned community in North Las Vegas; and Paradiso, Summerfield, Hillstone and Gresham Park in Summerlin. The builder operates in more than 40 markets nationwide and its Del Webb brand is a leading builder of age-qualified communities.
