Alondra exec touts amenities
Home buyers get more amenities than they expect at Alondra, a condominium complex in northwest Las Vegas, according to Tawnya Rosenthal, director of marketing and advertising for the project. Each home includes prewiring for telephone and cable; raised-panel doors with satin chrome hardware; appliances; cherry-stained, raised-panel maple cabinetry; and granite counter tops and surrounds in kitchens and baths. "These standard items really enhance the great value available at Alondra," Rosenthal said. "Home buyers are amazed when they visit our community and check out the models." Plans for the development include a pool, clubhouse and exercise facility. Three floor plans are available. The Songbird model features one bedroom and one bath in 720 square feet and is priced from the high $90,000s. With two bedrooms and two baths, the Blue Jay measures 1,121 square feet. It is priced from the high $130,000s. The Sparrow, measuring 1,253 square feet, offers three bedrooms and two baths and is priced from the low $150,000s. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Lake Mead Boulevard, go east to Rainbow Boulevard, then head north to Smoke Ranch Road. The complex is at the corner of the two streets. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
