Signature Homes offers incentives

     Signature Homes is offering incentives at four of its neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley. Jim Cerrone, director of sales and marketing, said buyers can take advantage of special offers that apply to select homes that can be ready for move-ins by the holidays.
      "We're rewarding buyers who move into their new homes by the end of the year with a number of attractive specials and bonuses," Cerrone said. "The specials are valued at up to $4,000 and designed to help our buyers save money and highly personalize their new homes."
      The bonuses can be applied to financing or used to purchase options or reduce closing costs.
      At La Ventana in Peccole Ranch, the builder is offering a $1,600 total move-in including the down payment and closing costs plus an appliance package. Prices start from $118,990 at the neighborhood, which in the close-out phase. Two-story floor plans offer 1,260 to 1,552 square feet.
      Canyon Hills in Peccole Ranch offers an appliance package and bonuses worth as much as $4,000. Also in the final phase, the neighborhood offers five one- and two-story floor plans ranging from 1,660 to 2,528 square feet and priced from $146,990.
      To visit La Ventana or Canyon Hills, take Charleston Boulevard west, past Grand Canyon Drive, to Hualapai Way, go south to Homestretch Drive and follow the signs.
      Buyers at Hunters Pointe are offered an appliance package and as much as $2,000 in bonuses. Priced from $109,990, the development offers nine one- and two-story floor plans with 1,364 to 2,500 square feet. To visit, take Ann Road to just west of Decatur Boulevard.
      At Toucan Trails in Henderson, where the final phase of homes has been released, bonuses are worth as much as $3,000. Priced from $134,990, the single-story neighborhood offers homes ranging from 1,450 to 2,000 square feet and views of the Las Vegas Valley. To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Van Wagenen Street, go south to Victory Boulevard and turn right.
      "These are exceptionally generous bonuses on homes that are already value priced and built with a long list of desirable amenities," Cerrone said.
      All sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
