Southwest Homes' San Niccolo approaches closeout

One neighborhood within The Villages at Southern Highlands, Southwest Homes' San Niccolo, is approaching closeout with only 25 homes remaining.

"We're delighted that San Niccolo is experiencing such great success," President Todd Slusher said. "The incredible interest in this community is a reflection of our ongoing commitment to providing great designs and exclusive amenities ..."

The gated neighborhood features five models: Refugio, Campana, Estrella, Tucano and Capri. The one- and two-story homes are priced from $466,990 to $592,990.

Measuring 1,655 square feet, the Refugio contains three bedrooms and two baths. With similar features, the 1,819-square-foot Campana features four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

The Estrella's and Tucano's floor plans measure 1,898 and 2,302 square feet, respectively. Estrella has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, while Tucano features five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.

The Capri measures 3,181 square feet, with five bedrooms and three baths.

Each home offers ceramic-tile entries, walk-in closets and optional features such as bonus rooms and upgraded maple, cherry and hickory cabinets.

The Villages at Southern Highlands showcases designs by several Southern Nevada home builders. Homes range from the $200,000s to the $600,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
