Alondra features three condo models

Alondra, a condominium complex in northwest Las Vegas, has three models available, each providing a low-maintenance lifestyle.

"All types of home buyers are finding out that Alondra is the best place in the northwest to call home," said Tawnya Rosenthal, director of marketing and advertising at the community.

The Songbird model measures 720 square feet and features one bedroom and one bath. Prices start from the high $90,000s.

Containing two bedrooms and two baths is the Blue Jay, which measures 1,121 square feet, and is priced from the high $130,000s.

The Sparrow measures 1,253 square feet and features three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the low $150,000s.

Recreational amenities at the complex include a pool, a club house and an exercise facility.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Lake Mead Boulevard, go east to Rainbow Boulevard, then head north to Smoke Ranch Road. The complex is at the corner of the two streets. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
