Amenities key to Club Aliante

Recreational and fitness amenities highlight the lifestyle offered at Del Webb's guard-gated, all-ages Club Aliante community in North Las Vegas.

"The Aliante Golf Club is just a stone's throw from Club Aliante," senior sales manager Jeb Koury said. "Combined with the amenities of the Aliante master plan, Del Webb's resort-style community for all ages is unique in the area, providing home buyers with a premier place to call home."

The public Aliante Golf Club features an 18-hole course, as well as a clubhouse and practice facility.

Amberly is a single-story design measuring 2,576 square feet. It offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, a family room, kitchen nook and study. It is priced from the $560,000s.

Three bedrooms and a den or four bedrooms highlight the 2,714-square-foot Mesa Rose design. The single-story plan has formal living and dining rooms, a family room, kitchen nook and three baths. It is priced from the low $600,000s.

Sunstone measures 3,630 square feet. The two-story design has a lower-level master suite, three secondary bedrooms upstairs, 4 1/2 baths, a loft or optional fifth bedroom, formal living and dining rooms, a den, family room and kitchen nook. It is priced from the high $710,000s.

The largest plan offered, the 3,665-square-foot Sandalwood, is priced from the $690,000s. If has four bedrooms, four baths, a den or optional fifth bedroom, formal living and dining rooms, family room, and kitchen nook.

All homes meet the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements and incorporate Environments for Living technology. They offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee. Select communities offer 2X6 construction around living spaces.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Interstate 215 east exit. Take I-215 east to the Aliante Parkway exit and then go north. The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
