Amber Ridge models debut
Pulte Homes will unveil the models today at its new Amber Ridge at Mission Hills neighborhood in Henderson. Five two-story homes priced from the mid-$400,000s are available. The 2,442-square-foot plan has as many as five bedrooms and four baths. Additionally, it has formal living and dining rooms, a kitchen nook and family room. A two-car garage is standard; a three-car garage is optional. As many as four bedrooms are available in the 2,559-square-foot plan. It also has 2 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, a family room and three-car garage. The 3,142-square-foot design offers as many as five bedrooms and three baths. It also has formal living and dining rooms, a family room and three-car garage. As many as six bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths are featured in the 3,249-square-foot plan. The master suite is on the first floor. Other features include formal living and dining rooms, a family room and three-car garage. The largest design is the 3,799-square-foot plan. All homes are built to the Platinum Plus level of the Environments for Living technology and offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee. In addition, they exceed the requirements for the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star program. Select communities offer 2X6 construction on exterior liveable walls. The neighborhood will have 213 residences upon completion. To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Horizon Ridge Parkway, go south to Paradise Hills Drive and turn left.
