Few lots remain at Reserve within MacDonald Highlands

Only a few home sites remain within The Reserve collection at Toll Brothers at MacDonald Highlands in Henderson, according to Gary Mayo, vice president of Toll Bros.

Also available is the two-story Caravella, which has four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a front courtyard, great room, island kitchen with a butler's pantry, a den, learning center with a built-in desk, and split three-car garage. On the first floor, the home features a bedroom with a private bath, while the upstairs secondary bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath. The floor plan is priced from $746,975, plus lot premium.

The two-story Vitoria comes with four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a front courtyard, rotunda foyer, great room, island kitchen with a butler's pantry, circular nook and recreation room. Two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, while another features a private bath. Additionally, it features a split three-car garage with an option for a detached casita. It is priced from $752,975, plus lot premium.

Avenida is a two-story home with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, formal living and dining rooms, office, bonus room with a balcony, another balcony off of the hallway, and a learning center. The family room has a fireplace, space for a media center, French doors and access to the interior courtyard. The floor plan includes a tandem three-car garage. It is priced from $771,975, plus lot premium.

Nearly every home site at Toll Brothers at MacDonald Highlands overlooks the 18-hole championship DragonRidge golf course.

Work is under way at MacDonald Highlands, a guard-gated community, on a clubhouse, which will offer a dining room, lounges, meeting facilities and a fitness center.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Valle Verde Drive, then go south to the entrance of MacDonald Highlands at Horizon Ridge Parkway.

The sales office at the neighborhood is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
