Pardee details new subdivision in MacDonald Ranch

Pardee Homes is in the early phase of development for Terrazzo, a collection of 90 luxury residences located at MacDonald Ranch in Henderson.

"This is currently one of the hottest areas in all of (the) Las Vegas (market), and we're excited to offer Terrazzo in this terrific community," sales executive Ray Landry said. "Terrazzo is also significant in that it marks a return for Pardee to Henderson, where we have built six communities over the past 52 years.

"(The neighborhood) will be on par with our previous neighborhoods in the area, including our upscale and very popular Renaissance project in Seven Hills. We've been anxious to begin work at Terrazzo and get back into Henderson."

The model homes are expected to open in December.

The gated neighborhood will feature four floor plans. All residences will be Energy Star certified, which can save money on heating and cooling costs.

Home prices are anticipated to start from the $500,000s. The lots will average about 6,600 square feet.

The single-story Plan One measures 2,445 square feet with as many as three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It offers a split three-car garage, however, an optional studio is available in lieu of the one-car garage. Additional features include a great room, an island kitchen, and an optional office at the third bedroom.

At 2,695 square feet, Plan Two can be built with three bedrooms, three baths and a den. The single-story home also features a separate dining and living room, family room, and a kitchen island with seating.

The two-story Plan Three measures 3,597 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, including a downstairs bedroom and full bath. The home provides 3 1/2 baths, separate dining and living rooms, and a kitchen island with seating. Upstairs, the loft can be converted into a bedroom, and an optional balcony is available off the master bath. The laundry room is also upstairs.

Five bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths are available in Plan Four, a 4,025-square-foot design. A downstairs bedroom and full-bath are included. Highlights includes a rotunda foyer, separate living and dining rooms, a family room and an island kitchen. Upstairs is a bonus room, tech area, laundry room, and an optional deck off the master bedroom. A split three-car garage is standard.

Room options vary and are available based upon the plan selected.

The builder is forming an interest list for Terrazzo.
