Pulte Homes is offering incentives for those interested in purchasing remaining homes in the Pavona or Treviso neighborhoods within Aliante in North Las Vegas, according to Pierrette Tierney, general sales manager for both neighborhoods.
"Treviso offers designer-finished homes right now that are all single-story plans," she said. "Pavona currently offers the popular 1,923 plan for October move-in with various upgrades."

Incentives are also available for buyers who finance through the builder's preferred lender.
"Not only can buyers get great incentives at Pavona and Treviso, but they can take advantage of the numerous benefits of the Aliante master plan," Tierney said. "In addition to the 400 acres of land dedicated to recreational and public use, Aliante is an ideal location with shopping, banks, a library and more."
Two-story homes at Pavona offer three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Plan 1690, named for its square footage, features a sitting area off the master bedroom. The home is priced from $312,990.
The 1690 Plan features a great-room layout, kitchen with island and an upstairs computer alcove. The home is priced from $324,990.
The 1923 Plan is available for October move-in. Priced at $351,245, the home offers a great-room layout, a parlor, a stainless steel appliance package and upgraded flooring and electrical package.
At Treviso, three executive-style home designs are available.
The 1976 Plan offers three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen with an island and dining nook, dining room and great room. Priced from $457,990, options include a den or casita.
The four-bedroom, two-bath 2584 Plan includes a kitchen with a nook, and separate, living, family and dining rooms. Options include additional an bedroom, game room, or den. The home is priced from $497,990.
The largest of the single-story plans is 2,694 square feet, and available for immediate move-in. The home offers four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and a great-room layout. Prices start at $467,726.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 north to the Interstate 215 Las Vegas Beltway east exit. Make a right onto Sky Pointe Drive, a right onto Frontage Road, and then left onto the Beltway. Proceed east to Decatur Boulevard, go north to Deer Springs Way and turn right. Pavona is on the left; Treviso is straight ahead. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except on Wednesday when it opens at noon.
