Residences in the first of two buildings at C2 Lofts in Summerlin are substantially sold out, according to managing director Douglas L. Crook, with first move-ins anticipated in early 2007. A few lofts remain at pre-model-opening prices.

"Sales and construction are progressing very well at C2 Lofts in Summerlin and right now, we're offering prospective buyers the best of both worlds," Crook said. "They can have a timely move-in date by choosing a loft in our first building, or take advantage of exceptionally competitive pricing in the first release of lofts in our second and final building."

Priced from the $700,000s to $1.2 million, the development features 100 lofts within two five-story buildings at the southwest corner of the Las Vegas Beltway and West Charleston Boulevard.

Single- and two-story lofts are featured in eight designs. Floor plans measure as large as 2,800 square feet.

Interiors highlight minimalist styling and offer views of the surrounding Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area and the city.

Each loft includes a private outdoor terrace and amenities such as stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry, granite counter tops and Kohler plumbing fixtures.

Buyers may also customize lofts with fireplaces, brick wall treatments and various flooring and stone countertop options.

"The loft designs are dramatic and tremendously flexible, the architecture stunning and the list of features included in the base price are extraordinary," Crook said.

Planned resident amenities include a heated pool, two spas, a fitness center, a private, enclosed parking garage and retail shops on the main level.

Each building will comprise a landscaped roof garden with a fire pit, fireplace, barbecues and lounging area.

Additionally, an executive golf club membership to Red Rock Country Club is included with each loft purchase, which entitles residents to year-round use of the golf courses and recreational facilities.

Private tours of the lofts under construction are available by appointment.

A modeled loft is available for viewing at the C2 Lofts Preview Center inside the Canyon Pointe Shopping Plaza on the northeast corner of the Las Vegas Beltway and Charleston.

Plans for C2 Lofts Upper West Side in the northwest valley are underway.

The planned community will be constructed near U.S. Highway 95 and West Lake Mead Boulevard.
