With features such as a private, ground-floor entrance without breezeways or exterior staircases, "buyers are drawn to the privacy and functionality of the design," Lawrence said.
"It creates a private home-like environment with all the benefits of condominium living."
Each home also includes a direct-access garage.
One- to three-story condominiums are available in the 280-unit development. Interior highlights include vaulted ceilings, crown molding, curved walls and distinctive arches.
Buyers may choose from one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans in as large as 1,333 square feet.
All of the homes include granite countertops, cherry-stained cabinetry throughout, upgraded flooring and designer lighting fixtures. Interiors are finished in two-tone neutral paint.
Select floor plans offer gas fireplaces, window seats, computer niches and private patios or balconies.
Landscaped courtyards and green areas throughout 13 acres are among the common amenities.
Residents also have access to a swimming pool and spa with waterfall features, a barbecue area, and a clubhouse with a fireside lounge, kitchen and fully equipped fitness center.
The condominiums are priced from the high $100,000s. A stainless steel Whirlpool refrigerator is included in the purchase price.
To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Far Hills Avenue, exit west, turn left at Carriage Hill Drive, left onto Park Vista Drive, then left into the community.
The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays.
