Rhodes Homes' newest development in the southwestern valley, The Villas, is open for sales. It is comprised of single-story duplexes, ranging from 1,300 to 1,600 square feet, and located just outside the Rhodes Ranch golf course community. Prices start from the mid-$100,000s. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Sunset Road and follow the signs. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
