Pardee releases new phase in Eldorado

Pardee Homes will release its newest phase next weekend at the Cielo neighborhood in the master-planned community of Eldorado, according to the builder.

"These homes are close to Seastrand Park, which is Eldorado's newest amenity," sales manager Rob Tuvell said. "In addition to a great home value, the nearby park offers a wide range of activities -- from soccer, basketball and baseball, to tennis, tot lots and picnic areas -- to family members of all ages."

The neighborhood includes one- and two-story floor plans with as many as five bedrooms, three baths and four-car garages in 2,407 to 3,006 square feet. Homes are priced from $178,450 to $201,950.

Standard features include volume ceilings, carpeting in choice of designer-selected colors, ceramic-tile or wood flooring at entry, and cultured-marble counter tops in secondary baths.

The kitchens include ceramic-tile counter tops; an appliance package; pantry; and cabinetry in choice of oak, clear maple or white vinyl. Plan Two contains an island sink, while Plan Three features a preparation island.

Owner suite retreats offer walk-in closets, dual sinks, enclosed toilets, and separate tubs and showers with clear glass enclosures. Also featured are cultured-marble counter tops with ceramic-tile surrounds.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the entrance of Eldorado. Sales office hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
