Pardee is in final sales at Nevada Trails

Pardee Homes' Mesquite and Palo Verde neighborhoods, part of the builder's Nevada Trails' Collection, are selling its final homes. Available homes include two of the Plan Three designs and three of the Plan Four models, with some move-in dates in September and October of this year, according to Ray Landry, assistant vice president of sales for Pardee Homes.

"If you're in the market for a spacious new home that will be ready to move into this fall, Mesquite and Palo Verde at Nevada Trails have some great options available," Landry said. "Additionally, Pardee is offering some strong incentives to motivate buyers, including a move-in package that currently includes a General Electric side-by-side refrigerator, washer and dryer and a 2-inch Durawood blinds package."

Plan Four measures 2,435 square feet in a two-story design that provides for four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage. It features a combined living and dining room, family room that adjoins to the kitchen and nook and a bedroom and full bath downstairs. The home can be built with an optional balcony off of the master bedroom and the laundry room is conveniently located upstairs. It can be built with an optional fifth bedroom in lieu of the loft, providing even more flexibility.

Plan Three is a two-story home that measures 2,084 square feet with three bedrooms, three baths, den and three-car tandem garage. The home can be built with optional fourth bedroom or optional suite in lieu of the tandem garage and den and an optional balcony off of the master bedroom is offered.

Prices start from $414,700 for the Plan Three and $469,200 for the Plan Four.

Available homes at Pardee Homes' Palo Verde neighborhood include four of the single-story Plan One, which measures 2,817 square feet with four bedrooms, three baths and three-car garage. The fourth bedroom can be built as an optional den. Prices start at $599,450 for the Plan One.

Nevada Trails features Pardee's innovative LivingSmart program that makes available environmentally sensitive features and options in the categories of EarthSmart, EnergySmart, HealthSmart and Water Smart. Home buyers can choose to include fluorescent lighting, low VOC paint, tankless water heaters and central vacuum systems to save even more energy and improve their indoor environment, according to Landry.

The 10-acre Nevada Trails Park is located near the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Warm Springs Road. The park is connected to the community's trail system and includes basketball and tennis courts, children's playground, playing fields, exercise track and picnic pavilion.

All new Pardee Homes in Southern Nevada are Energy Star rated. Homes labeled Energy Star incorporate energy savings into the design and construction and use less energy for cooling, heating and water heating than a standard home, according to independent energy consultants.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Rainbow Boulevard, drive one mile south to Robindale Road and turn right into the model park.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Mondays when it opens at 11 a.m.
