Canyon Creek Villas provides incentive promotions for buyers, Realtors
Two incentive-driven promotions are running concurrently at the condominium community of Canyon Creek Villas in the valley's northwest. Sales opened to the public last month with a chance for home buyers to win a free home for three years. The second promotion offers Realtors the chance to win a new Cadillac STS, when a client buys a home at the community, according to sales agent Marie D'Amico.
"These promotions have been a great way to introduce everything that Canyon Creek Villas has to offer home buyers," D'Amico, said. "While not everyone can win one of these great prizes, the exceptional value offered by this community can be enjoyed by anyone interested in buying a wonderful new home at a great price."

The mortgage payment promotion will draw a winner from home buyers in the community's first phase, which consists of 52 new homes. Upon winning, a home buyer's mortgage payment will be made by Canyon Creek Villas for three years. The winner of the Realtor promotion will receive a free two-year lease on a new Cadillac STS. Realtors are granted one entry per home sold at the community.
"By giving away prizes to homeowners and Realtors, we're doing our part to say thank you to the people that are creating a strong community here," D'Amico said.
The community features two floor plans starting in the mid-$100,000s. The Willow plan offers two bedrooms and two baths in 1,069 square feet. The Arroyo's 1,206 square feet includes three bedrooms and two baths.
All floor plans come standard with two-toned paint and stainless steel appliances, as well as traditional luxury appointments such as fireplaces.
Resident amenities include two heated swimming pools, one of which includes rock features, three Jacuzzis and a fitness center.
Mature landscaping includes pine and olive trees and flower-lined paths throughout 13 acres of land.
