Canyon Creek Villas in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley offers two condominium floor plans ranging from 1,069 to 1,206 square feet.
The 24-hour guard gated development provides amenities on par with other communities offering distinctive luxury and resort style living, according to Canyon Creek sales agent Marie D'Amico.

The Arroyo is 1,206 square feet with three bedrooms and two baths. Prices for the Arroyo begin at $199,900.
Each plan comes standard with two-toned paint and stainless steel appliances. A fireplace is available. Amenities include two heated swimming pools, three Jacuzzis and fitness center.
