Villas' value touted by Rhodes agent

The Villas by Rhodes Homes offers a variety of homes at an affordable price, according to the developer.

"Our two-story detached homes are some of the most luxurious values available anywhere in Southern Nevada," sales agent Stan Royale said.

The 220-home neighborhood consists of homes that cost less than $92 per square foot.

"Home buyers like the fact that The Villas is a small community with large community amenities such as a community pool area with barbecues and a children's park," Royale said. "Many people don't want to live in the mega master-planned communities with 30,000 other homeowners. But they also don't want to sacrifice amenities. We have the best of both worlds at The Villas."

Three two-story floor plans each feature a two-car garage and a back yard.

One home measures 1,856 square feet and comes with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a loft and bonus room option.

Another model, one that measures 2,024 square feet, also features three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a great room and dining room. The upstairs master bedroom contains a walk-in closet. A secondary suite and bonus room are optional.

A third floor plan measuring 2,400 square feet comes with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a living room, family room, formal dining room and upstairs laundry area. One of the bedrooms can be converted into a retreat and two other bedrooms can be converted into a bonus room.

Prices start from the high $160,000s to the high $180,000s. A desert white granite counter top is included with every purchase in which the buyer uses the builder's preferred lender.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Sunset Road and go west. The model homes and sales office are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
