Chartered opens new Cottonwood property

Chartered Homes announces the opening of a new Cottonwood townhome development on Alexander Road in Las Vegas.

"Home buyers have been asking us to duplicate our great Cottonwood homes in another area of the Las Vegas Valley," sales agent Judy Anderson said. "We have fulfilled their request, and already have a sizable waiting list started. We just began offering the community for grand opening sales and the response to the new home values at Cottonwood at Alexander has been truly amazing."

The gated development features the same floor plans as the Sunrise Mountain property.

The 1,283-square-foot Aspen home features two bedrooms, two baths and an attached single-car garage. It is priced in the low $120,000s.

The 1,418-square-foot Birch home features two bedrooms, a den, 2 1/2 baths and an attached two-car garage. It is priced in the mid-$120,000s.

The largest plan, the 1,429-square-foot Cedar, has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and an attached two-car garage. It is priced in the high $120,000s.

Based on sales at the Sunrise Mountain community, Anderson recommends reserving sites at the Alexander Road property quickly to ensure location.

"The very last phase of Cottonwood at Sunrise Mountain is scheduled for completion this month and we have a few more premier locations available," Anderson said, adding that the builder is including incentives such as whitewash cabinets, wiring for ceiling fans and fireplaces.

Grand opening specials and incentives are being offered for a limited time at the Alexander site, she said.

To visit Cottonwood on Alexander, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go east to Pecos Road, turn south to Alexander Road, turn left and follow the signs.

To visit Cottonwood at Sunrise Mountain, take U.S. Highway 95 to Charleston Boulevard, go east to Tree Line Drive and turn south. Or, travel east on Sahara Avenue and turn left on Tree Line Drive.

Both sales offices are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
