Botticelli called best seller at Monterossa

Among the four floor plans at Toll Bros.' Monterossa neighborhood in Summerlin, the Botticelli has proved the best seller, according to the builder.

The two-story home is highlighted by a central interior courtyard with space for an optional fireplace.

The 3,073-square-foot home is priced from $357,975.

Interior highlights include three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a formal living room with a bay window, as well as a formal dining room. Also featured is an island kitchen with pantry, dual wall ovens and breakfast area with optional desk. Adjacent to the kitchen is a family room, which offers a fireplace and media niche.

A home office also is included.

The master suite provides a dual-entry walk-in closet, dual vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. A deck off the suite is optional.

Two bedrooms with a shared bath are located upstairs, as is a learning center with built-in desk and optional upper cabinets.

Monterossa, a gated neighborhood, is planned to include a gazebo, paseo park and a private park. It is located in The Vistas village.

Each floor plan is modeled and open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west to Carriage Hill Drive and turn left. Proceed to Park Vista Drive and turn left again.

The company has been in business for 35 years, and is active in 22 states.
