Fontana homes near completion
With several plans expected to be completed by year's end, Pardee Homes is offering the opportunity to be home for the holidays in its Fontana at Eldorado Highlands neighborhood in North Las Vegas. "You can't beat Eldorado for top quality family lifestyle at the top of the Las Vegas Valley," said Rob Tuvell, sales director. "And for families who don't want to wait, we have a couple of Fontana homes available for move-in this fall." Among the available homes is a Plan Two-A featuring three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. The single-story home, priced at $181,350, will be ready for move-in by November, Tuvell said. Also offered is a two-story Plan Three-B with three bedrooms, three baths, a den and three-car garage. It will be ready for occupancy in December and is priced at $191,375. Scheduled for a February move-in is a Plan One-A, a single-story home with three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. It is priced at $154,950. The neighborhood features one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,594 to 2,931 square feet. Prices start at $152,450. The single-story Plan One has three bedrooms, two baths, a family room and two-car garage. Optional features include a nursery, two master suites and three-car garage. The home measures either 1,594 or 1,827 square feet and is priced from $152,450 and $163,450. Plan Two is a single-story design measuring 1,979 square feet. It features three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage, with options for a fourth bedroom, den or dining room. It is priced from $175,950. Measuring 2,349 square feet, Plan Three is a two-story home with three bedrooms, den or fourth bedroom, three baths and a two- or three-car garage. It is priced from $183,450. Priced from $194,950, the Plan Four is a two-story, four-bedroom, three-bath home with bonus room and three-car garage. It can be configured to measure 2,459, 2,712 or 2,931 square feet. Homes in the neighborhood are built to Energy Star guidelines set by the Environmental Protection Agency and are at least 30 percent more efficient than homes built to standard codes. Models are open in the community's model park, which also features homes from the builder's Talavera and Mandevilla neighborhoods. Planned by Pardee, the community includes a fire station, elementary school and two parks. To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and go north. The sales center and model park are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m. Pardee Homes has built more than 25,000 homes in Southern Nevada over the past 50 years.
