Turnberry's Stirling Club caters to residents

Dining, dancing and live entertainment are just a few of the amenities offered to residents of Turnberry Place in Las Vegas.

Residents receive membership to the Stirling Club, an 80,000-square-foot private club at the heart of the $650 million high-rise development. With valet, concierge and other VIP services available, the club provides members and their guests a home away from home in casual and formal settings.

Dining opportunities are available at the Veranda Café more formal Stirling Room; and Twenty Eight Club, a club-within-a-club that offers private functions and winemakers' dinners.

The club also features a lounge with piano bar, nightclub, billiard room, wine and cigar room, business center, library, beauty salon, spa, saunas and steam baths, pools and fitness center. Making its United States debut at the club is a 30,000-square-foot vinotherapie spa, which uses skin care products featuring grape-seed extract.

"The Turnberry lifestyle is unique because it offers residents VIP, resort-style service in a private, gated community," said John Riordan, vice president of sales. "This community caters to those looking for luxury living without the upkeep of owning a single-family residence."

When complete, the development will feature four 40-story towers. The first two towers have been completed and construction is under way on the third, which is 60 percent sold.

Developed by Turnberry Associates, buyers can choose from 10 floor plans, ranging from 1,550 to 8,000 square feet. Residences are priced from $500,000 to more than $5.25 million.

Interior amenities include Italian marble whirlpool baths, granite-topped kitchen cabinetry, upgraded appliances and wrap-around glass balconies.

In addition, the gated entry is guarded 24 hours a day, and each residence is equipped with a security system.

A 2,825-square-foot model simulating views from the 27th floor of the first two towers is open in the sales office. It is located at 2777 Paradise Road, and is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
