Buyer picks Silverstone Ranch

Christine Jonas chose Pulte Homes' Silverstone Ranch in the northwestern valley as the location for her new home because of its golf course location and available floor plans.

"When I visited the models at Silverstone Ranch, I was really impressed by the variety of plans offered and the fabulous location," Jonas said. "The golf course location and mountain views are unmatched."

The community is nestled around the fairways of the 27-hole Silverstone Golf Club. A 34,000-square-foot clubhouse offers fine dining and is available for special events.

Jonas chose the single-story 3064 plan from the Princeville Collection. Her home features a courtyard entry, three bedrooms including a master suite, and three baths.

"I really like the convenient single-story plan. It's a very open design which I enjoy, especially the impressive circular courtyard entry and the kitchen with nook overlooking the family room," she said.

Each home at Silverstone Ranch is built with Pulte's Platinum Plus Series Environments for Living building technology. In addition to being recognized as Energy Star homes by the Environmental Protection Agency, the homes offer a three-year heating and cooling guarantee.

The community will feature six collections, including multifamily housing. Eighteen of the 20 designs are available for touring. The single- and two-story designs measure from 1,520 to 3,448 square feet and are priced from $207,990 to $450,990.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, head east to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive, turn left and follow the signs.

Models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
