COLUMN: ACHIEVERS



-- The Women's Chamber of Commerce of Nevada appointed Judi Woodyard of Commercial Associates to its board of advisors. Woodyard also serves as a member of the board of trustees for the Nevada College of Pharmacy.

-- Harsch Investment Properties has named Michael Newman senior vice president of development. Previously, he was managing partner and senior vice president at Colliers International. Before that, Newman served as senior vice president of The Howard Hughes Corp.

-- Jeremy Green has been named senior associate in the industrial properties division of CB Richard Ellis. He joined the company in 1999 as an associate.

-- Janice Dempsey has been named project coordinator at Roel Construction. She worked in the company's San Diego office for five years before moving to Las Vegas.
