Pulte diversifies Summerlin
Pulte Homes offers myriad single- and two-story designs within four neighborhoods in The Paseos and The Vistas villages in Summerlin. "Pulte Homes builds in the neighborhoods home buyers most want to live in," said Susan Allen, general sales manager for Summerlin. The 22,500-acre master-planned community is located along the valley's western edge. It features parks, trails, golf courses, schools, houses of worship, cultural facilities, retail and business centers, and medical facilities. Escala, located in The Paseos, offers the valley's first "Water Smart" home, which was designed along with members of the Southern Nevada Water Authority Youth Advisory Council to conserve water. Floor plans range from 1,900 to 2,410 square feet and are priced from the $620,000s. Cordova, also in The Paseos, offers single- and two-story designs ranging from 1,625 to 1,911 square feet. They are priced from the $430,000s. The builder will be the only one to offer single-story homes within Palomar, the first gated multibuilder neighborhood in The Paseos. Measuring 2,120 to 2,505 square feet, the homes are priced from the $720,000s and include features such as maple kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops, 18X18 tile flooring, upgraded carpet and pad, two-tone paint, 5-inch baseboards, appliances, fireplace, and covered patio. In addition, garages are finished and include 5-inch baseboards. Located within The Vistas, Miramonte offers single-story homes ranging from 2,584 to 2,720 square feet and priced from the $680,000s. Previously seen at the builder's Cara Vella neighborhood, the floor plans include raised-panel oak cabinets with crown molding, Corian kitchen counter tops, structured wiring and a fireplace. Home sites average 7,750 square feet. All of the builder's homes exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements and include the Platinum Plus level of Environments for Living technology. They offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee. Select neighborhoods feature 2X6 construction on exterior livable walls. To visit Escala, take Interstate 215 to Charleston Boulevard, head west past The Vistas village to the stop sign and turn right. Turn left into The Paseos village, proceed to the roundabout and turn right. Turn right on Altura Verde then right on Prada Verde Drive. To visit Cordova and Palomar, take Interstate 215 to Charleston Boulevard and go west. Take the second right onto Desert Foothills Drive. (There is no street sign at the intersection.) Turn left onto Desert Sunrise Road, then left again on Pluma Verde Lane. At Montura Rosa Place, turn right. To visit Miramonte, take Interstate 215 to Charleston Boulevard, head west to Vista Center Drive and turn right. Proceed to Park Vista Drive and turn right, then left onto Springburn Lane. Head to Viscanio Place and turn left. All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon. The builder, based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., operates in more than 40 markets nationwide and offers 23 new-home subdivisions in the valley. Over its history, the company has built more than 370,000 homes. The builder also operates a mortgage division.
