Sun City Aliante offers three collections of homes with seven single-story floor plans, ranging from 1,155 to 2,105 square feet, and priced from the $240,000s to the $350,000s.

The homes include the Heather, a 1,155-square-foot home with two bedrooms and two baths; priced at $234,395.
Three bedrooms and two baths are available in the Sage, a 1,239-square-foot home with an open living room and dining room, a rear patio and two-car garage; priced at $237,751.
The Primrose offers 1,424 square feet and three bedrooms, two baths, a great-room layout and a two-car garage. The home is priced from $259,802.
To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 north to the Las Vegas Beltway East exit. Make a right onto Sky Pointe Drive, a right onto Frontage Road, and then left onto the Beltway. Head east to the Aliante Parkway exit then go north toward the models at 7390 Aliante Parkway. The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except on Wednesday, when it opens at noon.
