Toll Bros. sales on upswing
Toll Bros. has reported strong sales at its five Las Vegas Valley neighborhoods, where homes measure from 2,600 to 4,300 square feet. "Since the company's inception in 1967, Toll Bros. has a proven record for continuously delivering exceptional high-end homes to executives and families," company executive Gary Mayo said. "We have a long history of providing only the finest homes to buyers who don't settle for anything less than the best. Each year, we consistently continue to reach record levels in sales. Those results speak for themselves." The Heritage Glen and Wood Glen at Willow Creek neighborhoods offer a location within Summerlin. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s. Located near the Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area, the builder's Rosemont neighborhood is priced from the low $300,000s. Stonehaven at the MacDonald Highlands community in Henderson provides golf course living priced from the low $400,000s. Located along the Badlands Golf Club in the western valley is Buckingham at Queensridge, where homes are priced from the low $400,000s. The builder expects to begin presales at three other neighborhoods by the end of this year. Homes feature options such as barbecue grills and casitas. A variety of cabinetry, flooring and counter tops are also available. Each offers a spa tub and separate shower in the owner bath, and built-in double ovens in the kitchen. The sales offices and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Toll Bros. has about 150 developments in 21 states.
