Bella Vista condos at Green Valley Ranch enter final sales
The gated condominium community of Bella Vista features common ground amenities within the master plan of Green Valley Ranch, which include two heated pools, a spa and clubhouse. The development is located in the valley's southeast.
Bella Vista condominiums, a gated development within Green Valley Ranch, has entered its final phase of sales with more than 70 percent of the homes sold, according to Chris Ho, vice president of residential development for American Nevada Co., the developer.
"Based on the rate of sales we have experienced to date, we expect our final release to sell out very quickly," she said.

Priced from the mid-$200,000s, four designs remain from single-level plans with one bedroom and one bath at 730 square feet to two-story plans with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths of 1,055 to 1,200 square feet.
The two-bedroom townhome-style units include garages, with direct access to the home.
Joe Wickman of in-house sales for the developer, said the Portofino and Sicilian models are popular among buyers. The homes offer two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
The Portofino offers a private patio, kitchen with pantry and two master suites. The Sicilian offers a study with a built-in computer desk, a fireplace and a master bedroom suite.
"Our homeowners will have the assurance of knowing that no matter which floor plan they choose, there will be no one living directly above or below them," Wickman said.
Homes feature ceramic tile entries and countertops, 9-foot ceilings and ceiling fans.
Select homes include fireplaces, Roman tubs and patios. Two heated pools, spa, and a clubhouse with fitness center are on the grounds, along with movie room, library and business center with wireless Internet access.
Select homes are ready for immediate move-in.
To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway east to Green Valley Parkway and go south just past Paseo Verde Parkway to the entrance on the right.
