Pageantry's Black Hawk approaches final sales

Pageantry's Black Hawk, a North Las Vegas condominium neighborhood has 12 homes left to sell.

The gated complex has Mediterranean architecture and offers two-story condo homes, which include two or three bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, and a one- or two-car garage, depending on the design. The development also features lots with plans Two and Three.

The complex's three floor plans range from 1,071 to 1,383 square feet. Home prices start from the $200,000s. The neighborhood includes a 1-acre park, community pool, spa, tot lot, walking trail and barbecue areas.

The 12 remaining homes at Black Hawk come equipped with window blinds, garage door opener and a new washer, dryer and refrigerator. The homes also have designer tract lighting, phone and cable outlets in all the rooms, raised panel doors, vaulted ceilings, vinyl-coated wire shelving in all closets, hand-finished walls, ceilings with rounded corners and ceramic tile entries. Kitchens include cabinetry in a choice of finishes, all with hidden hinges, spacious pantries and quality appliances. Each home's master suite features a large and open design and includes vanities, dual sinks and full-width mirrors, according to director of sales and marketing Michael Cox.

"Pageantry is offering buyers zero closing costs when they use the builder's preferred lender. Home buyers serving in the armed forces will receive a free move-in package," he said.

The models and the sales office are at Walnut and West Centennial Parkway.
