Toll Bros.' sells one-third of Barrington home sites
Nearly a third of the 73 home sites at Barrington, a Toll Bros. neighborhood in The Vistas village in Summerlin, sold within four months of opening. "The location, combined with Toll Bros.' reputation for high quality and superior design, has resulted in great success for Barrington ...," said Gary Mayo, vice president for the builder. Buyers can choose from four floor plans, ranging from 3,000 to 4,100 square feet with two to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 baths. One design is single-story. Homes are priced from $452,975 to $511,975. Various features include dens, front porches, great rooms with fireplaces and entertainment niches, master bedrooms with bay windows and backyard access, and courtyards with fireplaces. Among the kitchen features are pantries, breakfast areas and dual wall ovens. All homes include covered patios, computer areas, granite kitchen counter tops, and spa tubs in the master baths. The neighborhood is bordered by two parks. Models for three of the floor plans are expected to open in January. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue, go west to Carriage Hill Drive and turn south. Go to Vista Run Drive and turn west, and then turn south on Roma Nord Road. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
