Residents enjoy recreational amenities at Seven Hills
As summer begins to cool down, residents of Seven Hills can be seen taking advantage of the many opportunities for recreation within the community. Soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis, biking and walking are just a few of the available activities. Four city parks within the community offer basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, volleyballs quads and playgrounds. Most of the neighborhoods adjoin the parks and walkways, and about one-third of the community's acreage is dedicated to open space. The 1,300-acre community, which is being developed by Silver Canyon Partnership in the foothills of Black Mountain, will be comprised of more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including about 300 custom homes. New homes priced from the low $200,000s are available in neighborhoods including Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Meridiana by Trident Homes, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Custom-home sites priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million are offered in the Venezia and Terracina neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. The information center is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is about a mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
