Bella Vita condos open in southwest

Bella Vita, a condominium development located in the southwest, offers five models.

With one bedroom and one bath, the Cielo plan measures 720 square feet and features a dining nook and patio, and is priced from the low $100,000s.

The 978-square-foot Luna design contains two bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the mid-$150,000s.

Another two-bedroom design, the Sera, offers one bath and measures 816 square feet. The home is priced from the high $120,000s.

Two plans offer three bedrooms: the Solé, which has two baths, measures 1,198 square feet, and is priced from the mid-$170,000s; and the Terra, which has three baths, measures 1,444 square feet, and is priced in the high $180,000s.

Each unit includes raised-panel maple cabinetry, vertical blinds, and granite counter tops.

The model home center and sales office are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 5070 River Glen Drive, Unit 93. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Flamingo Road and go west toward Decatur Boulevard.
