Ryland's subdivisions adapt to buyers' needs



Ryland Homes offers five neighborhoods with 19 floor plans at the Sunrise Ridge community, which is located at the base of Sunrise Mountain in the northeastern valley.

Homes are priced from the low $200,000s.

At Calarosa, single- and two-story floor designs are available. The largest plan measures 3,697 square feet and offers as many as six bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. The homes feature island kitchens, bay windows and a two- or three-car garage. Room options, per plan, include dens, libraries, master-bedroom retreats, secondary master suites and bonus rooms.

The Las Rosa neighborhood offers designs ranging from 946 square feet with two bedrooms to as large as 1,416 square feet. Available features include an island kitchen, optional additional bedroom, den or front porch.

Posadas offers three flexible floor plans, measuring 1,283 to 1,553 square feet.

Dorado features two- and three-bedroom plans ranging from 1,698 to 2,214 square feet. Design options include a media niche, portico, fireplace, dining room, den, additional bedroom and courtyard.

Treo offers two- and three-bedroom floor plans with 2 1/2 baths. They measure 1,598 to 1,953 square feet, and offer options such as lofts, kitchen islands, garden tubs and an additional bedroom.

Buyers can further customize their home through the builder's TrueU program.

The builder's services range from design and construction to financing options, title search, settlement and escrow.

To visit Sunrise Ridge, take Interstate 515 to the Flamingo Road exit and head east. Turn left at Cabana Drive, then turn right at Desert Inn Road. Proceed to Theme Road and turn right. The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
