Sunvet presents Latigo condosSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
The Latigo at Silverado Ranch condominium development debuted yesterday in the southern valley. "Although Latigo is opening on Halloween weekend, there will be no tricks; only the treat of quality condominium homes," sales manager Lisa Sloan said. The gated development was formerly a 400-unit apartment complex, which was recently purchased by Hollywood, Fla.-based Sunvest Communities. Sunvest is among the nation's largest condominium developers, according to Sloan, and has more than 75,000 residents. "There is available inventory at Latigo for people who want to purchase a condominium home at today's low interest rates and move into it right away instead of waiting for one to be built and possibly closing at a higher rate," Sloan said. Available for sale and immediate move-in are one-, two- and three-bedroom residences priced from the low $100,000s. Buyers can choose from five floor plans, ranging from 700 to 1,156 square feet. "In essence, Latigo offers floor plans that can fit any lifestyle or preference," Sloan said. The smallest plan is the Barcelona, which features one bedroom and one bath. The Cordova also provides one bedroom and one bath. It measures 775 square feet. The Granada and the Madrid both have two bedrooms and two baths; they measure 938 and 1,024 square feet, respectively. At 1,156 square feet, the Sevilla contains three bedrooms and two baths. The clubhouse is being renovated to include a media/party room with a television, a library, billiard room, business center and an Internet café. Additional amenities include a resort-style pool, a hot tub and a fitness center. The complex is located at 2300 Silverado Ranch Blvd., at the corner of Eastern Avenue. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
